Redgiraffe payment issue via Payzapp (Magnus)

While paying for my rent this month via Payzapp to redgiraffe, it keeps showing "No bills due".
Anyone else having this issue? I paid rent via Magnus last month through payzapp and it went through without any issues.

1. As a tenant, can we make use of landlord's credit card for rent payment through "Redgiraffe + PayZapp" ?
2. And if "Redgiraffe + PayZapp" spends are treated as insurance spends instead of rent, then would the maximum ER points capping be 6000 per month?

1. Why would your landlord pay rent to himself? Can you please explain what are you trying to do?
2. 6000 rp per transaction for insurance spends.

1. If the landlord helps us with the card, it'll give us some more time to return the rent in cash for example.
2. So, paying the rent via "Redgiraffe + PayZapp" will accrue a maximum ER points of 6000/month?

1. Not able to understand what you’re trying to do here.
2. Yeah it will come under insurance and it has a limit of 6000 ER / txn. You can make multiple such txns in a month.

What I am trying to do : Making use of my landlord's card to pay the rent. And later paying him/her in cash. Is that alright as long as the rent agreement is valid?

But why would your landlord agree to it? It’s his money that he is getting in bank. He is not getting it from you, why would he give you the interest benefit?
Technically it will work, landlord will just use his own CC to transfer to his bank. But if your landlord has any sense in him, he will deny your request outright.

I understand what you mean. There is a mutual understanding between us and a valid rent agreement which has been approved on Redgiraffe though I was not sure whether it could work. As you mentioned, I too feel that the transaction is legitimate on paper. But, I obviously don't want a situation wherein the authorities would term it as a fraud. Do you think that's possible. I feel there many who are genuinely making fake rent payments "legitimately" without any agreement. What happens to them?
