Infinia RedGiraffe payment via hdfc bill pay using credit card marked as RENTALBBPSNO instead of HDFC BILLPAY this time

Hi all,

Looks like HDFC has patched redgiraffe payment option as well in bill pay option via credit card.

Now payment email contains remarks as RENTALBBPSNO instead of HDFC BILLPAY when payment made to redgiraffe via credit credit using hdfc bill pay.

I don’t think we will get rewards points anymore on this. I will get to know in few days once amount is settled.

Does anyone else have received reward points after getting remarks as RENTALBBPSNO via hdfc bill pay ?

NO confirmation yet .. We will know in a few days .. A lot of people did transactions with RentalBBPS in the last one week..

Does hdfc billpay/payzapp with RedGiraffe charge any extra (apart from RG fee) or is it only for 3rd parties like cred?
I saw amex housing.com threads, does that require rent agreement like RG or direct payment via PAN?

I have a quick question to People who use REDGIRRAFFE . RedGirraffe asks for Tenant PAN as well. Have anyone noticed if the rent tenant is paying also shows up in Tenant AIS statement for Rent Paid ?

People say 1% plus GST would be charged and no reward points
