Reducing the credit limit for my idfc card

Hi guys,

I would like reduce my credit limit for my idfc wealth card as I just use this for movie tickets and card instant discounts if any. I'm trying to resolve my overleverage issues for sbi cards. I tried to raise a service request but couldn't as it only shows to track existing ones. Is there any email id that i can drop an email?
