Refund not received on cc bill payment via airtel app

I made Rs. 17k cc bill payment of kotak bank through Hdfc rupay cc on upi via airtel thanks app on 3rd May. The transaction got failed and sms received that money would be refunded in 7 days. But till now it hasn't been received. Customer care number is just ivr. E-mail to wecare@airtelbank.in resulted in reply that transaction id is not associated with airtel payments bank. What to do, Whom to contact, any email?

AFAIK Unipay App version is basically a progressive web app (PWA) or a mobile browser based app version, a link can be found at SBI YONO app login page. I avoid it.

I use ful fledged web browser. I think links are same.

yesterday I paid my sbi cashback cc bill from unipay web using hdfc platinum dc. Transaction was showing as successful but the payment was not credited to sbi cc and the transaction is not there in sbi unipay history.

Wait 3-4 days.
Have you paid through otp login or quick pay?
Users in some thread recommended to use quick pay for sbi cc bill payment.
I also need to pay sbi cc in next 3-4 days.

Transaction should be there in HDFC history. If amount do not get credited in either of the accounts in next 7 days then approach Unipay with hdfc transaction details with date, time and amount.
Next time use quick pay for sbi cc payment.

I will wait for 5 working days and if the amount doesn't get refunded, then i will raise chargeback with hdfc.

Yes it's called quickpay , you can also payment tracking by mobile number and email.
