Regarding Fi Account Freeze

Frankly I Didn't Used FI 4-5 Months Too
I Did One 1 Lakh Transaction To My Friend ( For Some Fi Coins)
After That I Ignored The Account
That's It They Are Calling As Business Transaction
Recently I Did Some Transactions in cheq
Apart from that I didn't do nothing wrong
0.45Rs Only There
I Know About Fi that's y I move some funds and use immediately

Contact them.
They usually ask you 10 questions. Like employment, salary, purpose of account opening.
Can take upto 2 months.(not joking)
I already shared
They are following their own rules And Regulations
Rbi should interefere with Neo banks
I am unable to see fi Bank Name In Entities List also
Only Federal Bank Name Is Showing

I would say throw this highly unstable Fi neo in dustbin 🗑 they can't be trusted.
Actually I have almost all bankings Premium Accont Variants
At least they have to value the value the valuable customers
They don't have any right To Freeze the account
They are saying 1 Lakh Transaction as Trading 🤣🤣🤣
I asked them show the Proof Of Trading?

Not just this. Every neo bank & small finance bank behaves like this. They don't hold any accountability. Customers are left suffering.

Once I change my sim into my new mobile their app stopped working I even sent mail raise this matter in twitter but no benefit always believe in traditional bank.

That's TRUE. Just I said always believe in traditional bank such as HopelessDFC, Bamboo Axis, Lunch k baad Aana SBI, and most importamt aapka paisa Humne nhi churaya IC**CI.

You have to choose federal bank, as they are the banking partner.

My FI account is frozen and I have 1.5Lakhs there. Federal bank said its due to cybercrime complaint from Trichy Tamil Nadu Police, cybercrime doesnt reply. Transaction is from customer and he said he has not filed any complaint. Any one faced this issue? Shall I open a new thread for this?
