Regarding Fi Account Freeze

How you contacted police?

Cybercrime police ?, ask bank to send you the info regarding cybercrime complaint.

Still they didn't replied, even after 2 weeks, complaint to RBI Ombudsman, they will take care.

Don't use neo banks for high volume transactions, if your lazy to go branch you can try hdfc, axis, kotak

You can earn cashback points on debitcards too, even union bank provides.

I sent email to the cybercrime Tamil Nadu email id on cybercrime portal which they replied with another email ID of cybercrime Trichy. No response from there yet.

I got the complaint ID and the transaction details. The transaction amount is 12600.

After I get this unfreezed, I am closing FI and Niyo both.

Does that ₹12600 transaction exist on your statement.

If it's from any customer, ask him to write a mail with his pan details. Ask him to write it was done regarding purchase of the goods else p2p transaction from friends. But note, it should positiveness only.

Actually, who complained to cyberpolice they need to withdraw else it takes time.

Still no response from cyberpolice even after 2 weeks, write to rbi ombudsman and paste that email screenshot too. It will be unblocked as soon as possible.

Yes, 12600 from the customer is on my statement. Who should the email from the customer be sent to? Its for purchase of goods, not P2P.

The complaint is forwarded from Bank of India Nodal office. Already sent email to them.

Customer should mail to you* with kyc soft copy. Ask him to write "the transaction is by me for goods, I didn't raise any fraud transaction report or chargeback"

Forward it to pno of BOI, if there was no reply or unblock even after 2 weeks, complain to rbi and ask for a compensation of 25% of blocked ac balance. Add masala, saying the ac freeze resulted him financial loss and made you can't competitive in market with other players. Say that yourself tried your level best but the bank didn't help, the responsible PSB is lazy, misusing it's powers without customers complaint.

F**k that BOI, no.1 bsdk bank, it doesn't accept fraud transaction complaints from other banks, but how could it can complain ... misusing PSB powers 🤬 ?

My Fi salary account credit freeze on 15th September. I receive one email asking few question which i replied instantly but still my account freeze. Any one knows how many days required to remove credit freeze???

Here all question which mention in email :
  1. Are you aware that you have applied for a account?

  2. For what purpose do you want to open a account?
  3. Did someone help you to pass your video check? If yes, how did they help?
  4. What was your location when completing your sign-up on Fi?
  5. What is your source of income? (Eg: Salary, Business, etc.)
  6. What is your employer’s name?
  7. What is the expected monthly income range?
  8. If you are a student
    1. The expected range of monthly amount to be received in this account
    2. Name of college/School?
    3. College/School stream
  9. Who will use this Federal Bank Savings Account linked to Fi account? (Eg: you, family member, etc.
  10. If the account was for others, what is that person’s salary range?

I don't understand why people have so much belief in neo banks which have zero physical presence that they open salary account with them.

You still have option to take out your money and shift to traditional bank for salary account. Live your life peacefully.
