Regarding HDFC Classic banking upgrade

Hello everyone recently i received mail from HDFC Bank that I am eligible for Classic banking upgrade. I have given consent for upgrade through Eva. It's been more than 10 days and I am yet to receive any confirmation from Bank.

Can anyone suggest how long will it take or what can be done,

Last month, my account was upgraded to classic.

It took one week. I got no reply from them or anything.

It just started reflecting in the app and netbanking.

This month, it was upgraded to preferred. It took just 2 days.

Again I got my confirmation from looking inside the app.

Weirdly, my mom’s account got the invite a year ago. We applied but it was never updated.

HDFC and their love for doing weird things.
