Regarding HDFC Infinia CC

Hi All, I am getting Infinia (most probably as LTF). I know there is so much hype for it but I am unable to understand its actual potential. So not sure if it is worth or not.

Currently holding Axis FK, SBI cashback, Axis myzone, Axis neo, Hdfc Regalia.

I am pretty much satisfied what these cards offer. How Infinia would be game changer rather than just be forcing me to boost my spend?

P.S - getting this CC out of some favour so not sure if it is worth or not.

There are multiple threads in the community which would help you with the benefits on Infinia. Well if the card is offered LTF, there should not be any requirement for you to boost the spend. Even if you take paid one, the loss is really the GST as you can derive the value of annual fees through reward points.

Are you sure it’s LTF ?
Afaik , metal infinnia is not offered ltf , max they give is FYF.

If your getting it LTF , grab it

worth it if ltf. put all your spends of ecommerce on infinia by buying their gift cards. do remember that point redemption options are limited to flight and hotel bookings if you want max benefit. cash conversion of points not worth it.

Its not applicable on diners black this redemption option is only available for infinia u can buy tanishq vouchers or apple products with value of 1point = 1rs. Its available on redemption options in netbanking for infinia holders only

For apple how many points u have will be deducted from that product and rest u have to pay. For tanishq i dont think there is any min requirement u can make voucher of ur available points and use it online or offline. At present 2gm gold costs 9600 which is resonable i guess

I think buying gold will be best option because it wl give maximum rewards also add to ur wealth as its an investment and u can sell it in case of emergency. Otherwise u can redeem for amazon vouchers but then value becomes 1point = 0.5 rs
