Regarding Non payment of Credit Card

Hi i opened up a fd Backed SBM gild CC in 2023 apparenly i was making all the timely payments but suddenly around july 2024 card gets automatically blocked and there GILD app get vanished from IOS appstore and they close my card balance from my fd

But apparently they kept charding 400rs something for late payment because apparently even after closing fd they have 130 rupees something due on card i didnt notice it but apparently i was applying for car loan bank person told me that you have a overdue in your cibil and we wont be able to provide you a car loan

I checked my Cibil report and see that those bastarts SBM bank reported a overdue of 3654 rupees over the period of 4 Month I wrote email talked to there customer support but no help

Now the problem is i want to make that payment but apparently there app in vanished from IOS and also Cred and different credit card payment portal dont support SBM Card payment because SBM does not participate in BBPS

Pls help guy my Score went from 755 to 720 Beacause of them I wrote email to there Nodal officer and apparently no reply from them to raised dispute in Cibil shot by them saying its correct

For RBI have to wait 30 days more to file a complaint till then my Score would have Drowned More

Any advice will be helpful
