Registered number change in HDFC credit card?

I have been trying to change my HDFC credit card registered number. I have submitted forms twice sending to Chennai ofc but it's not working. Any ideas on alternative option??

I think for debit card you can change it in HDFC ATM so try for and Credit Card as well

Already tried at ATM using credit card. It says visit branch

I changed in ATM and it worked, Did that three months back. Don't know, may be they removed this

Yes visited twice in last 15 days, both times they make me fill a form and couriered it to their Chennai office (HDFC credit cards dept). After a week I got sms it could not be processed. I followed up at the branch & customer support but they say they have no clue / visibility of credit card related updates.

That's interesting, do you also have a savings a/c with hdfc?

Yes, I am after them. Its a tata neu plus card and i am unable to get the benefits as tht bank registered number is different from that on my tata neu app.

Change your debit card mobile number in ATM. The same new number will be linked to your credit card after 1 week. I did the same 1 year back and mobile number was changed for both debit card and credit card.

No, I went to near by ATM and did that. It worked
