Rent Payment Platform without PAN card and limits

Hi Community Members,

I wanted to discuss what platforms supports rent payment without owners PAN card and rent agreement. This can be helpful for members whose owners are not sharing PAN card or are demanding extra 5% to share PAN card details. I have found this common in PG's and Colive in and around. So any insights will be helpful.

UPDATE:
I have paid a rent of 30500 using RedGirraffe. I paid using my HDFC card using PayZapp. I'll update total charges

• RedGiraffe: 30500 (Rent) + 140.36 (0.46% charges)​
• HDFC CC : Yet to be billed.​

Are 5% cash points on RedGiraffe Legit? Even subpar brand voucher redemption should be covering the extra rental MCC charges, but I haven't seen anyone talk about them.
Are there any conditions for the points?

I want to know if its worth it, didn't create account yet. You should have received some points, so I was asking is it worth it or not. 1.5% charges should be easily ignore if one is getting 5% benefits right?

There is nothing great about it.

Similar / more discounts are also available in other portals such as park+ or magicpin etc. Using credit card on voucher purchases is charged extra at RG and not sure about MCC also (likely to be rental, though not checked personally)

I was asking what's the catch exactly since no one talks about them.
So are they like super coins where you have to pay partially and some amount from RG?

Yes … overall discount on vouchers is in the range of 2-5% using these coins. Rest 98-95% of voucher value has to be paid using upi or card
