Rent payment rewards for yes first exclusive credit card

Hello,

Does anyone have information on reward points accrued on rental payment using yes first exclusive credit card? TIA

6 reward points for 200 with 0.6% (incl. GST) as rental fee. Each reward point value is 0.10p to 0.25p (vouchers -> travel)

Ex: 10,000 rent provides 300 reward points (=75Rs.) with -60Rs. as rental fee.

Note: After 15th Aug onwards, rental fee increased to 0.89% (incl. GST) with latest update.

This doesn't include rent platform fee which is around 0.5% to 4% (depends on platform and support)

Note: Same for wallet loads using First Exclusive.

Thank you for your response. If I pay off the credit card due with my hdfc debit card for 1% cashback that's a net positive then. Awesome.
