Rent payment via freecharge

Paid rent of 1L via freecharge today morning and it is not settled till now is it normal or my transaction got flagged?

I think it takes more than a day at least, you can check status in "My Transactions" in your profile

It's not normal. Normally amount will be credited to beneficiary within minutes. I never faced any delay. Your rent amount is high, so it may be delayed

It can take upto 48 hrs sometimess to process the rent, it doesn't depend on the amount.. but more on the bank. Happened to me once

I just made a payment using freecharge and it was settled within seconds. I’d suggest if it doesn’t get credited by tomorrow morning you should contact the customer care.

Yes, because when someone makes high amount system will put transaction on hold and process after some hours

It can take upto 48 hrs sometimess to process the rent, it doesn't depend on the amount.. but more on the bank. Happened to me once

It may not come in AIS but it's considered as income from house property.

Hey guys, a little unrelated to this post. But, can any of you pls share their Freecharge app Rent via credit card referral code ( I think someone who pays rent via credit card on Freecharge, only their UPI referral code will work OR maybe Rent payment section has some individual referral code). I think it will be beneficial for both parties. Thanks!
