Rent Payments using Credit Card - Tips, Tricks and Rewards

Hello All,
I'm always intrigued by the idea of using Credit Cards to pay those big ticket monthly rents. This should be quite rewarding based on the card used.

However I'm not quite sure on how to go about with the same. Anyone here who has been doing this can kindly advise on how to used the CC to benefit? What portal is best for the same? What are the pre-requisites and charges?

Would love to have all members share their views and experience.

Hello experts,
Can you guide on different portals available for rent payment?

Also do we need the rent agreement/landlords consent/account details to pay the rent?

Or can we just transfer money to our account and pay the rent directly, thus getting the rewards benefit?

Don't need the agreement on NoBroker. There's a 1% commission though.
