Require Regalia, keep getting offered Moneyback cc

I keep getting offers to apply for a LTF credit card from HDFC. The banner shows all 3 cards (Moneyback, Regalia and Millenia) on the banner, but I keep getting offered the Moneyback card after logging in. I should be eligible for the Regalia based on my salary, and my credit score is around 780+. Is there some other eligibility criteria that I'm missing?

RM keeps telling me to take the Moneyback card and apply for upgrade 6 months later.

Yup, eligible. However, I don't even get the option to choose any other card other than Moneyback. And it resumes from an existing application. Is there any way to discard the existing application and try applying directly for Regalia?

then in that case,you can get LTF Regalia with your payslip & card copy.
As all HDFC Cards are LTF C2C.

I am having LTF regalia first for last 7 yrs with current limit of 5.5lac but still not ready to upgrade to LTF regalia.. only ready to upgrade on condition basis after getting register for smart pay facility..
HDFC had become totally shitty in terms of providing upgrades..
