I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

Is this cashback capping is also merged with the hdfc bill pay portal?

Yes, it is on account level i.e. 750/month/acc for platinum and 400/month/acc for millenia. It is not on merchant level.

Yes, Now I received cashback of my transactions that I did on 9th & 10th (Yesterday)

If you are talking about Fullpay coupon of MobiKwik, it got credited for me within 10 minutes of cc payment even yesterday.

If you are talking about hdfc platinum DC points for Mobikwik cc bill pay, it has stopped.
