I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

I pay upto 1k to avoid transaction fee. My HDFC Cqrd bill is upto 20k, so I can easily manage to pay multiple payments of 1k to avoid transaction fee
