For reducing they should inform a month ago. But for extra everyone will be happy even on sudden announcement.

For reducing or increasing whatever beneficial or loss, is we, as customer thinks that.

I believe, as per RBI any changes in card benefits should be reminded 30 days prior.

I called just now.


They are ready to cancel my Magnus card without even considering any retention offers.

I asked specifically about reintroduction of monthly spend based miles, but they said they have no plans of reintroducing it.

No offer of annual fee waiver also.


And they are were more leaning into giving me Atlas card.
