It is tough to resolve TBH. U have to somehow convince them that those transactions r genuine. Make dummy bills if possible to show them. I faced this situation with my CSB Edge+ card. The merchant (a hotel) had same surname as mine so Jupiter team thought that I m rotating money from my CC. Luckily that hotel was registered on MMT and other OTAs so I could show them the bills, and I had other genuine transactions in my CC statement. So they were convinced

yes it took a hour , the main problem is roar bank customer care is unreachable thier call helpline close at 6 or 8 pm and in whatsapp support hardly they reply roar bank has one of the wrost customer care

You cannot expect anything else from Unity Small Finance bank because they don't completely follow RBI guidelines and they also do lots of illegal things just to lure customers for savings account, FD, current account, etc. All the bank employees don't like the bank and wanted to leave the bank as environment also bad there. In past I also made a huge hit to Unity with RBI where Unity image was completely damaged with huge profits to me by government. So use Unity services like credit card with caution as no one will be helping you in case of issue, although I am also having this Roarbank credit card from Unity but I know if any issue either reach out to RBI.
