My roarbank application was declined amd they did not give me any reason even after 4 to 5 mails so i complained to RBI ombudsman after 30 days and then unity small finance bank team called me and gave me the reason and after few more days they called me to say that RBI has instructed them to pay compensation of 2000 rupees for defeciency in service.
The next day they sent 2000 rupees via NEFT as compensation.

My case was same but RBIO Closed my complaints in favour of bank

It took 2 months to give them the reason even after RBI complaint so RBI ombudsman ordered them to give compensation i guess so

Hame kya hum unka Paisa spending karte hein.. fir reload kar dete hai, humko cashback se matlab , cashback Nehi denge to close karwa dunga.

You cannot expect anything else from Unity Small Finance bank because they don't completely follow RBI guidelines and they also do lots of illegal things just to lure customers for savings account, FD, current account, etc. All the bank employees don't like the bank and wanted to leave the bank as environment also bad there. In past I also made a huge hit to Unity with RBI where Unity image was completely damaged with huge profits to me by government. So use Unity services like credit card with caution as no one will be helping you in case of issue, although I am also having this Roarbank credit card from Unity but I know if any issue either reach out to RBI.
