This error tells a lot about their ongoing plan.

Not attributed to any user means they are being attributing these codes with specific user details like mobile number? Might be in implementation.

And that Abhishek012 post might be butterfly effect. He knew some changes coming to rsdc, and for the fame he suggested more changes.
