I don't have hdfc bank account, maybe that is the reason

Take it. They're making it LTF after 3 months of heavy usage. Same happened with my friends and family.
If they don't then you can close the card before annual fees are levied

Got my Business Regalia visa converted to Rupay. Use case I considered was

1. Education fees via UPI.
2. No need to carry priority pass for international lounge.
3. Rupay network specific offers.
4. Use card for UPI locally where credit cards are not accepted.

I haven't found a specific Rupay/ UPI use case in my two month usage. Shops around my area have disabled credit card transactions on UPI.
