Is it allowed to pay partly Electricity bill payment? I know monthly bills can be paid instead of quarterly, but how are you paying exactly 500?
Sorry if it was answered before. Appreciate your help on this. I also want part payment (Rs. 500) for WBSEDCL (West Bengal Electricity Board) to be precise.

may be prepaid meter recharge

Here's ur answer. Min ₹500 thru other apps and min ₹50/100 using official app/portal.

If non-prepaid meter, then can't pay lower than billed amount from other apps, but can thru official app/portal.

I hv sbi rp jcb card with bin 353809
Nd it's always charge conv fee 1% on LPG booking,
Help section clearly mention no fees on rupay debit card, then also this happens, tried another amazon account but 1st time it does not charge and from 2nd time onwards again fee getting added, can be any solution to this? where can we complain?

Amazon always refund the conv fee when you complaint.

Hey guys, today is Friday and I went to Amazon to pay my electricity bill.

To my surprise, I noticed that my SBI RuPay Platinum JCB card is being considered as a 'CREDIT CARD' instead of 'DEBIT CARD' and incurs convenience fees of 1.18% when paying my electricity bill.

I tried talking to customer care, explaining everything to them, but they were clueless and took 30-45 minutes of my time without any resolution.

I have a question for everyone who holds this specific debit card variant:

Could you please check if your debit card is also being considered as credit card? Are you also...

Its working 24*7 on every fridays.

Amazon forgot to activate the offer on that day, which is why Amazon/RuPay said it would be activated after 4 PM.
