Actually, try reaching them on phone and those folks will visit your home to open the account.
I heard the same with a few of our forum members.

Yeah, in discounts and sales, their 1 year membership costs around 15k, so 1.5k per month is totally justified, unless one comes to know that the voucher is available for free through card

Cult is a cheap product, just like cred, don't go by the app and aesthetics. It's not even worth the cloud 9 price.
Obviously, such chains need to provide free membership otherwise nobody will linger around them. Many corporate companies have tie ups and provide free, even cult rupay offer is also kinda corporate tieup offer only.
Plus they sell their memberships as if today is the last day for their evergreen 365 days of sale.

Many of the benefits flexible features provided by them may look good look on paper, but not wroth the price practically. At the most, you will visit 1-2 centres regularly attending a few group classes maybe. Nothing more, they will benefit hugely out of this.

Now another nip in the bud, their app says "something went wrong" while redeeming the 1 month coupon. I guess their marketing is going wrong here

yes, this has been the case for the past couple of months. every time i raise ticket, they fix it & then only i can redeem the voucher.

seems like they dont want ppl redeeming end enjoying the voucher benefits.

they will see their fall by these kind of practices, why don't they raise their prices to 1 lakh, that way users don't need to even visit the gym and services are home-delivered. At the end, an offline product can only be sold fairly in offline channel only
