For OTT, especially amazon prime membership can be stacked in advance while the membership is already active?

And also how annual benefits are refreshed? Is it from the date of card issue or per calendar year or based on the activation date of each of the subscription?

I have read in some thread that OTT benefits can be redeemed each year instead of one time offer, please confirm as well.

Amazon prime can be stacked at least for 1 additional year. I myself have done this.
For more than an year I am not sure.

Exactly. You can stack once with a voucher if the current membership is paid.
My current membership was stacked last year via voucher. I cannot use another voucher to extend. It doesn't permit that.
One has to wait till it expires and after 1 day use voucher to activate membership.
