Any way one can EXIT the Annual Fee at End of Year by closing off Account before it applies?

Is there a closing penalty/ fee?

Also, how soon does the Virtual DC show up and can you use it for PRIME before mailed kit arrives?

AFAIK not possible, and even if you manage to get VDC details will not be visible in the app.

Utkarsh small finance bank gives rsdc only on current account or premium account (50k mab).

Is premium account can be downgraded later to other variant after taking rsdc ?
