It worked for online transactions right after I set the PIN at the ATM. Did you try withdrawing any cash? Was it working?

everything now working fine i withdrew 500 then deposited same 500 and also tried online all things working perfectly

Many lucky people got it as Virtual RSDC. However, the account variant was different.
They will be dancing now.

who ever opened new account, Union Udaan - SBPRO variant, almost everyone got Rupay Select virtual debit card. Even I generated virtual card yesterday and got Rupay select as virtual card

Yes everyone who opened directly SBPRO got VRSDC by default. But those who have upgraded their account has not got any RSDC only RPDC. So yes if your first Generated card was a rupay select then you'll get virtual also in rupay select else rupay platinum.
