Recently RBI lowered the repo rate to 6%, so this is the current ROIs for vehicle loans W.E.F 15th April, 2025.

Our finacle software (CBS) doesn't allow the same card to be applied twice if the said account already has a card of the same type. This is first hand information.
Virtual card isn't live yet and to be honest, we don't have information on that either.

UCO also uses the same finacle CBS, so it makes sense but they are highly customized to a particular bank. Canara uses Flexcube FYI.

Not aware of current interest rates but when I took it in 2019 I found Canara Bank to be best. Lowest ROI, no prepayment or foreclosure charges. I closed my 7 year loan in less than 2 years.

Not a single EMI debited to my account - as per BM EMI will not be debited if there is no demand in the system. Meaning if you have paid equal or more than Total EMI due before each EMI date, debit won't happen. This is not what I experienced with my SBI home loan. In spite of having zero balance for over the last 2 years, EMI was always debited.

1-Just 15k ATM 🏧 Limit is too low in case of urgency !
2-No option to increase ATM Limit in Omni Neo MB/NB.

Do you have any other DC besides the classic one? If not, please hotlist the card using the app and apply a platinum DC (300+GST = 354 AMC) card from branch. Both platinum variants have 50k ATM withdrawal and 1L (POS+Ecom) limit per day.

Like I said before, the only time we apply the classic card (it's a bad card) is when the customer doesn't have PAN in his/her CIF.

Staff account (single). It's LTF for us 😉

All DCs should be LTF for all senior citizen accounts (irrespective of account type) as well but haven't tested it yet.

It's an internal policy of the bank and it's not accessible to outsiders. I can't post a screenshot but I can quote it directly from the card policy memorandum :

"
Issuance and Annual charges in respect of Debit/
Credit Cards are exempt for Staff/Ex-Staff/Senior
Citizens. "

P.S. It's not tested with respect to RSDC though.

Yes, I'll let you know but it'll take time since the ATM AMC charges are run at HO level in batches. So I'll have to wait for a bit to let everyone know 🙂

Just normal savings account with 1000 MAB (Metro/Urban) or 500 MAB (Semi-Urban/Rural) and the customer must be over 60 years of age (according to Aadhar/PAN) at the time of A/C opening. Mind you, Aadhar MUST be linked to PAN and to a mobile number for successful A/C opening.
