Safest way of tracking credit cards payments due date

I Don't see late payment fee yet in under settlements and on 4th grace day my bill got settled. And 3rd and 4th grace day was bank holiday. Also my bill was less than 2k. Do you think they will still charge late payment fee and report to cibil
What are grace days? Is this a SBI thing?

I made CC Bill pay reminders in Reminder APP (IOS). Once bill paid , I click on perticular bill reminderthen it will be appares on next due date .

Yeah, same here. I scheduled a reminder in the Reminder app on iOS, added a widget, so it's always in front of me, on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Earlier I was using CRED, but I read that giving access to your email id to CRED is not a smart thing in the context of security, so I deleted the app.

I transfer that headache to HDFC by adding ALL CC BILLS and ALL OTHER BILLS in their Smart BillPay option. Selected DC option - so that 1% cashback is accrued.

They pull all details of all these bills, queue them up, pay each of them exactly 4 days before the due date, and send email n SMS at each stage.

I let them do this laborious and boring job. And, in the process, give me 1% CB. Taking revenge for not giving me their own CC.

I maintain an excel sheet in my PC, where the due date cell has colour codes...!!
Just a day before due date the date cell colour changes to blue, on the due date it changes to green & after due date it becomes red !!

It's simple formula based application of excel...can be created using Google search!!

Only issue is that it doesn't work in mobile...

I use good old excel sheet. When bill is received, I update the due amt and due date. In one column I have set formula to deduct current date from due date, with background of the cell set to turn red when value is 5 or less. Since I normally pay in multiple parts and different sources (to get maximum cashback/discount) whenever I pay, I reduce due amt accordingly.
Can you share sheet please??

I used this formula "=IF([C1]>0,([C2]-TODAY()))" where C1 is the cell containing the due amt and C2 is the cell having due date, so value appears only if due amt is positive. Then used conditional formatting "Home>Conditional formatting>Highlight cell rules>Less than" and selected red background for that condition. then that is copied for every card row.
Works perfectly in Excel. But color coding does not work when opened in google sheet.
