I was going through the forum to assess all Banks/ Banking Programs which consider Home Loan, in some or the other form, in their calculation of TRV. Since I couldn't find any single thread for the same, I thought of collating one here. Based on my research, I could find the following -
Are there any other such programs? Please add on to this list as it would enable many of us to upgrade our account variants, or alternatively, pursue home loan balance transfers, if beneficial.
PS: I just realised through this research that my HDFC account (until it was open 😅) was eligible for "preferred" program as opposed to "classic" simply on the basis of the quantum of home loan contribution. I also realised through this research that my outstanding home loan fulfils my TRV requirement for DBS Treasures.
