SBI asking to take additional card for LE

My SBI limit has not been increased in 7 years, and it remains at 20,000 despite the submission of income documents and card statements. For the first time in 7 years, I received a message for LE, but there is a catch: it requests an additional card for LE. What should I do here?

I have BPCL and simply click as the additional card option. I currently holds simplysave. All call requests were denied😢

Just an update here - I wrote to nodal, principal nodal for reason of LE rejection plus not issuance of card none replied for 30days even after followup. Complaint to RBI after 30day period (on 26th Dec), heard today immediately from nodal officer lol.

Funny thing you don't expect from nodal officer check date in screenshot probably panic or a typo

Just looped the rbi email in the complaint thread. It's just the standard email nothing fancy
