SBI Card app Locked

Hi Team,

When I try to login to my sbi card app it says it's locked and signed out due to security reasons.

Did any of you guys face this and how to unlock this.

I have sent mail for the same

When I checked with customer care they said card is permanently blocked due to internal policies.

Any help on how to proceed. They said to reach sbi card and I had sent mail yesterday and waiting for their reply

They are saying that some document verification failed and hence card is blocked permanently and I need to pay outstanding amount.

I asked them how can they approve the card without verification and also there was no communication on the docs that is wrong

For this agent said I need to apply for another card

Which card is it? When was it approved? Was this your first transaction?
 
I called twice. First lady said it can't be unlocked as card is blcoked due to internal policies

Second lady said due to wrong documents submission the card is blocked n I need to pay the money and she told me to apply again for another card
It is better to have formal conversations like these with the bank via email. This way, you would have proof if needed in the future to file a complaint with the RBIO.
