SBI Card app Locked

Hi Team,

When I try to login to my sbi card app it says it's locked and signed out due to security reasons.

Did any of you guys face this and how to unlock this.

I have sent mail for the same

Checked in bank and they see the application as final decline and they called customer care and the person said card was wrongly approved due to mismatch in docs provided and I need to apply again
 
Also since card is blocked now. How can I pay balance amount. My bill generation date is 3rd
. Can I wait til that time and pay. Also not sure how will the cashback be credited

Mail them. Ask why card is blocked. Next step will depend on what response they give on mail.

I had got my sbi cashback card ending with **** approved and delivered a week back but it has got blocked on Jan 23.

When I checked with customer service they told it's due to some doc mismatch.

Can you please let me know the docs that I need to submit again such that the card will be unblocked.

reply to them saying you never requested for card closure. Either provide proof of your request or reinstate the card immediately.
 
To me this seems like a case of business transactions flagged on your card.
Using personal card for business purposes is strictly against rules and banks take strict actions in case their internal checks detects such txns.

Just curious, how much amount you added using park+?
Any other money withdrawal or wallet addition "tricks" that you used in recent days?

I just did 1000rs with park plus to buy Amazon pay gv. I used only for personal and I dint use for professional purpose as I know the difference after going thru threads here

I also dint do any wallet TXN as well
 
Yeah I have said that I never requested for card closure and also asked what docs I need to submit. They replied that they can't reactivate the card

I have escalated to pno and shall I complain to rbi after seeing response of pno?

Is your card appearing as closed in CIBIL? Read MITC of SBI card and see what is the clause for closure by bank, mostly it will be with 30 days prior intimation. Since they closed without giving any intimation ask SBI for compensation for closing card without prior intimation.
