I just did 1000rs with park plus to buy Amazon pay gv. I used only for personal and I dint use for professional purpose as I know the difference after going thru threads hereTo me this seems like a case of business transactions flagged on your card.
Using personal card for business purposes is strictly against rules and banks take strict actions in case their internal checks detects such txns.

Is your card appearing as closed in CIBIL? Read MITC of SBI card and see what is the clause for closure by bank, mostly it will be with 30 days prior intimation. Since they closed without giving any intimation ask SBI for compensation for closing card without prior intimation.This was their latest reply
