SBI Card Automatic Bill Payment

Hi,

I just got my SBI Card prime, and I have added my electricity biller for autopay to get 5% back.

However the electric bill is due in the next 4 days, but the auto payment has not been made.

Does somebody knows when does this automatic payment is processed?

Utility it’s 1% I guess

Utility it’s 1% I guess

It's 20 points per Rs. 100 spent. That's about 5%. If I'm not wrong.

Nope
I never enabled any auto pay so far
I pay manual only

Hi, The bill amount will be deducted on the due date from the card. It may take some time to settle the bill. I used it till 2021. For me, the bill was not settled until I contacted the SBI card customer care for 4 to 5 months. I hope they have improved on that issue.
