SBI Card Blocked for making government spends

So, SBI decided to block my Vistara Prime card for suspicious reasons. I have no idea how making an electricity bill payment is a suspicious transaction that too on a government portal. How to reactivate it? 😐

Just wait for the verification call or you can also try calling customer care.

Shows to me too sometimes .i always think its a bug .
Try reinstall the app .
Obv contact customer care

Contacted customer care, they are saying max time it can take is 13 feb😐

Anyone here? What's the usual time it takes to unblock or i have to wait so much loooong till 13th 😐

Call the customer care and ask them to unblock. It usually gets unblocked in 1-2 days. Try tomorrow or max day after. Had happened with me once
