SBI card blocked - need help

My SBI cashback card is blocked since 30th August.
Customer care created a complaint request, due date was today i.e. 11th sept but no resolution yet
Emailed nodal officer as well but response was lamee and they gave further resolution date of 14th September.

Need help please, what shall i do, tried calling the regional(Bengaluru) RBI ombudsman, that mf is picking up the call but then disconnects as soon as I say hello.

At first pay the bill due amount and then wait till resolution date given by sbi support team

Today I received this senseless text:-

Dear Cardholder, we tried reaching you multiple times regarding the temporary block on your SBI Credit Card ending XXXX due to a suspected fraudulent activity. If we do not receive a response from you by 13-09-2024, your card will be blocked permanently. To verify this transaction and unblock your card, or to request for reissuance, please call 18601801290

But the nodal officer complaint resolution date is 14-09-2024

WTF is wrong with this retarded bank

Once again call to the number given and ask to unblock.

I had also faced a similar situation but my card was blocked within 1 hour after the phone call with the customer card team.

Use SBI Card app to unblock your card by verifying that suspicious transaction or email customerservicehead@sbicard.com to unblock your card.

There is no such option available in the app.

Everytime they say wait till resolution day. I called just now and they said wait till the end of today, card are sometimes activated even at the last minute.
Such shitty their customer support is ffs.
Can i take this up with the RBI for mental agony?

Send Mail To nodal officer

Or call customer care and and ask them to unblock.

nodal officer said resolution date 14th sept, no luck there..
customer care people are mentally retarded, can't be annoyed to deal with them anymore

What type n which trxn had triggered this auto blocking ?

Unless this is known, details in full, no resolution is possible by just writing emails or calls.

Tell us about the nature of your previous 4-5 trxns to have an idea as to what went wrong.

Out of millions of cards n millions of trxns daily, why only your card is picked up for this special treatment ?

it was a transaction done on Superpe for around 1100rs, previous transactions were usual amazon, swiggy and zepto transactions of small amount.
Also afaik it is normal for SBI to block legit transactions sometimes, but some people got it resolved within few hrs while some had to wait more than 15days.

Faltu k daarao maat logo ko apne faide k liye, itne transaction karte hai Superpe app me kuch nahi hota hai.

SBI new cards pe karte hai aisa kuch time tak, max 3 times karte hai ya phir long time tak use na hone wale card pe karte hai. Mere sath bhi aisa ho chuka tha.
