I have an IRCTC SBI Platinum Card which I am thinking of swapping to IRCTC SBI Card Premier which has good milestone benefits. I may or may not achieve those milestone benefits but will definitely get a better reward rate than the existing IRCTC SBI Platinum Card.

However, I am confused about their milestone benefits which says "travel spends" in the following lines at their IRCTC SBI Card Premier webpage - https://www.sbicard.com/en/personal/credit-cards/travel/irctc-premier-card.page

Milestone benefits​

• Earn 2,500 Reward Points on annual travel spends* of Rs. 50,000
• Earn 5,000 Reward Points on annual travel spends* of Rs. 1,00,000
• Spend Based Reversal of Annual Fee on spends of Rs. 2 Lakhs

Now, they have put an asterisk (means conditions attached) but nowhere it is written what spends they will consider as travel spends. Email Customer support is hopeless as usual unable to understand what I am asking. I am not able to connect to live customer support.

If any one has information about it please post it here. Other than that, I think that by "travel spends" they mean all spends related to travel such as train, air, etc done using irctc website.

If it is worthwhile, I will do the flip.
