SBI card unable to change my email address

I need some info.. my SBI credit card got delivered recently.. while filling the form the agent made a mistake in my email address..

I have setup login for the card both through website & app.. I am unable to change the email Id..

Can someone guide how can I do the same..

Is this 90 days waiting period also applicable on phone number change?

I think yes. I checked around 25th December. Both email & phone was not allowed.

I checked yesterday I am able to update both. I got my card & signed online around 2nd October.

I was also having same problem in July I got my sbi simply save credit card with limit of 72k and my email was entered wrong but mobile number was correct..

After many times trying to correct the email I tried but after October I was successful in change through OTP mode through app ..

You have to wait for atleast 3 months successful bill generation after this you can update your email id through application.

Even i can't update my email ID from app. 45+ days since i activated card. Email ID section is blank for me.. Any update on your problem?

Kitne hutiye hai sbi Wale card pe email address update nahi kiya
mere pass already 2 year se sbi credit card hai fir bhi

Sbi cashback card approved hua tha usme email id registered nahi hai 🥲 Aur ab add kar raha hu to error aa raha
Email Kiya to request reject kar diya

around 3 to 4 months... you will get the option in the mobile app.. I faced the same issue.. no other way.
