SBI Cashback card not sending OTP

I am not receiving OTP from SBI whenever I try to use my SBI Cashback credit card on Facebook.com , But I receive OTP when I use the card on other merchants like Swiggy or Urban Company.
I tried my other SBI Card (SimplyClick) on Facebook and I received OTP.

I raised a complaint by calling customer care 3 days ago and today, the status of service request shows Denied.

Can anyone help me in figuring out what is happening?

I do not get OTP for any merchant on email. Is there a way to enable OTP to be sent to email? My email id is already updated to SBI cards website in my profile

SBI sends OTP via email by default.

I never came across any such option to enable it. Try searching for it on App/website or contact support

Also regarding your main issue, it may be due to some error on the Facebook side also. I also faced a similar issue on Eazydiner. All cards worked except one. try talking with them also once.

When I'm using other bank credit card, the OTP comes (Facebook)
So, this is an issue on SBI side that they are intentionally blocking OTP from this particular merchant and also closing my email tickets

Does your sms app have a spam filter? This could also be a source of your problem. SMS being marked as spam and is deleted by default before you can see it!!

I would also login to Facebook using a different web browser or a computer to rule out pc issues.
