Who said no devaluations...
They limited monthly cashback limit from 10k to 5k
Restricted tons of MCC for cashbacks...
Removed lounge access too...
And stingy while giving LE

Barely any shops have bharat qr

yeah for small merchants, but big shops like Reliance Trends, Zudio, Bajaj Electronics, Croma, etc should have Bharat QR, right? Using SBI cashback card there would give 5% cb, isn't it? Can we scan the Bharat QR simply using phonepe and pay via credit card?

reliance smartbazaar doesn't have. 100% confirm. Other's might.

thanks. Anyways for groceries i have hsbc live+ which gives 10% cb, so i'm covered there. I'm more worried about the apparel shopping which would be mostly offline

i even mailed reliance for this, they replied after a month saying they don't have Bharat QR as my mom mostly do groceries from reliance bazaar.

For offline, I try using HDFC regalia GV thru smartbuy. For brands that are not covered there, I use yesbank kiwi card for 5%.

i have HDFC regalia rupay card, but the reward points when redeemed for cash or Amazon voucher, the vale is just 0.2. And how are you getting 5% with yes bank kiwi card?

For 1.5lakh spends u get 5% cashback...

you might be having good limit with SBI CB but "poor souls" like us have to be contend with 20-30k and then meet 2L criteria for annual fee waiver...

it's hard living hand to mouth with this card 😉
