SBI Closed card how to delete from SBI Card APP

I had closed one of my SBI Card a year back and it's still visible in the application along with my other 2 active cards. Can I remove this card from the app interface as I would like to get only the 2 active cards to be shown on the homepage.

You can't. SBI has confirmed.
 
I had closed a card in 2021, still visible in my app. Emailed to SBI, but nothing happened. They just give standard reply that it is closed card.
 
i am not sure about removal, but what you can definitely do is login to sbicard on web (not app), there you will get an option to set any card as preferred card. if your closed card is coming up first as default in app, you can make the active card as preferred so that it comes first on the app instead.
 
What about limit transfer of a closed card? Even if a card shows closed, can't its limit be transferred to the other active card 100% of it?

No, I tried for it but they said it couldn't be done as the card was permanently closed
This was how I lost 1L CL which I originally transferred it from my CB card to SC card

So looks like I will have to file an RBI ombudsman case soon against them because I had 2.2L limit on SimplyCLICK visa (old card), later split to 1L on SimplyCLICK as I assigned 1.2L to SimplySAVE issued on RuPay in 2024. Used both cards for a few months. Today decided to close SimplySAVE and try again to apply for SBI Cashback since they don't give 3 core cards, often they give 2 core and 1 cobranded like Ola or Paytm or such.

First customer care person I talked to said limit transfer was not possible at all and hung up. 2nd person I talked to I got to transfer 1L limit from the SimplySAVE back to SimplyCLICK so now it has 2L limit and only 20K on the SimplySAVE. They refused to reduce SimplySAVE any further. So I called up 3rd time and asked to close SimplySAVE. That lady said YES SIR, all of the limit would be transferred over to SimplyCLICK. Then she proceeded to close the card. I have the conversation recorded btw. Now they've deactivated the SimplySAVE card. Now is that 20K gone or can I get them to transfer it as well to SimplyCLICK? If they don't, I will approach RBI ombudsman and tell them how I had to call 3 times just to get limit transfer done and 3rd time the lady claimed the limit would be transferred if I closed the card.

Anyway I knew SBI cards is the shittiest credit card company on the planet so I made sure the bulk of the limit was transferred anyway. It's not even been 3 days so I guess I can get the card re-activated and try to transfer all of the limit before closing the card.

I was able to get my limit transferred from a closed SimplyClick to Cashback card after about a week of closure. I think looking at the responses here at TF its more to do with the agent you get than actual rules at SBI card.
