SBI Closed card how to delete from SBI Card APP

I had closed one of my SBI Card a year back and it's still visible in the application along with my other 2 active cards. Can I remove this card from the app interface as I would like to get only the 2 active cards to be shown on the homepage.

Can i change my paytm sbi visa to rupay ..or to other card ?

Just call and ask.. They usually have a set of cards available in case you want to upgrade or downgrade. Don't expect Cashback or Vistara cards. For me it was always SimplySave, SimplyClick, Prime, Elite, Air India Signature and BPCL Visa. Finally closed both Aurum and Prime. No SBI = No Headache.

Just call and ask.. They usually have a set of cards available in case you want to upgrade or downgrade. Don't expect Cashback or Vistara cards. For me it was always SimplySave, SimplyClick, Prime, Elite, Air India Signature and BPCL Visa. Finally closed both Aurum and Prime. No SBI = No Headache.

When I called to close Prime, the agent clearly said.. Sir you are a valuable customer. Please don't close the card on this call. I will give you 10k points which you will receive in 3 days. Redeem points and then close the card if you want. I was laughing like anything 🤣

SBI used to give same excuse to Ola SBI card customers but many were able to change their cards. If they continue to deny, you can request for the limit transfer from the Paytm card to another SBI card and closure. This too requires time and efforts though.

I wanna keep paytm sbi till i get 3rd card likely sbi cashback card.

Chances are slim, unless heavy spender. Better close it or flip.

You can't remove the old cards in sbi card app.
I had closed a card 6 years ago in 2017, it still shows.
Customer care also confirmed that it's not possible to remove it.
