I paid my renewal fee in December. It's almost end of January I have not received my complimentary ticket voucher. Anyone else facing the same? Maximum how many days should I wait?

Mostly users call & ask for vouchers manually in SBI SC & other cards.

Vistara team is saying they need confirmation from SBI. SBI Cards team is saying they have sent confirmation.
