Just wanted to know if I can make a pre-payment of my outstanding dues before statement generation for SBI Credit Card using UPI and if yes, then can you please let me know how to do it?

Thanks. That's fine though I wanted to know by which method, like credit card bill payment method or through VPA method, I do not know this VPA method for SBI Card, only know about Axis Bank. So, if you have any idea about this can you please share?

No not to try but I haven't done pre-payment before, so just wanted to know for that purpose because I understand that there is a bill payment method and another is VPA method, so wanted to know which one would work for pre-payment. That's it.

I have made SBI credit card bill payment using Paytm wallet for 2 times, 5000X2=10000.
But in SBI card app it's showing 3 times. 5000X3=15000 paid.
I have re checked everything: my payment orders in Paytm, my wallet balance, bank balance.
But don't know from where did SBI get the another 5000.( May be it's a glitch?)
So,What should I do now? I have 25000 more outstanding (actually), But for the glitch it's 20000 now.

Should I pay 20000/25000 now?

Pay 25000. When the bank or Paytm notices the error, the money will be gone from your account. After this, SBI will come in full form to take money from you.

If you have paytm wallet/paytm bank paytm will freeze them and ask you to make payment for that.
@VISHESH_BANSAL Please tell your experience where your trans failed, got refund from paytm and still payment credited to card🤣
For safe side pay the money due ignoring this extra 5000

Pay, 25000 wait for a few days. They'll most probably fix the extra 5000.
