SBI credit card blocked for 22 days

In my case, I also changed my number to a JIO number as it was getting expensive to reach their customer support team each time. I have raised a complaint to RBI, lets see now.

Btw, how much time did it took for you to get unblocked after the RBI complaint ?

Almost every bank who has 1860 special support number also has a regular customer support number, you just have to check their website or your card backside to find that number.

You can call SBI Card support at +912239020202 from AVoID (Airtel and Vodafone) without paying ₹1/min.

NEVER call any number based on what someone on a website/ forum is sharing. It may be a scammer's number. I know that the above numbers are legit. Still, I' ll strongly advise everyone reading this to cross check the phone numbers on the bank's official website first.

I did contact RBI regarding the cashback card block. It is still not unblocked.

Great.. The fastest solution to this matter is RBI complaint atleast for me. My card was blocked for nearly two months. Yes i have changed my number on that card before blocking took place.

They will only unblock after rbi complaint. They kept mine blocked close to a month

As rbi complaint can only be done after waiting for 1 month or else they close the request without considering, give one month back date for the dispute

Quick Update: My SBI card got blocked due to mobile no change. It was blocked since 2 months. I was calling them every week raising issue to nodal officer... emailing them...nothing works.
I filed a complaint on RBI website.
Within 3days, my card got unblocked. I can see the "RBI BO" service request in SBI portal service request tab.

You should have raised rbi ombudsman complaint earlier. I raised after one week mentioning date of incident one month earlier than actual when i suspected them

I am facing a similar problem with my Standard Chartered Ultimate CC. They blocked my card when I tried to make a transaction on BharatNxt. They must have tried to call me after blocking the card, but my phone number was unreachable as I am travelling abroad. I tweeted, and in response, they requested I file a complaint via net banking. But, as there was no response for a couple of days, I tweeted again, and this time they requested that I email their customer care. They reverted to my email, suggesting the issue would be resolved in 4 working days. On the third working day, they emailed me again, suggesting it would take four more working days.
I guess I will stop waiting and file a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman.

What's the best way to use SBI CB on gfytr to avoid it from getting blocked, my card also got blocked today, but fortunately received IVR callback to unblock within an hour.
Also, are there any limits on GVs on gfytr for Amazon pay/shopping.
