SBI Credit Card - Credit Limit Increase Rejected

I applied for a credit limit increase on my SBi SimplyClick card through SBICards portal. Even though the credit limit option was there with 3x to current limit on the card, it was rejected citing internal policy.



What could be the possible reasons for rejection? Any other way to get limit increased?

These are just luck and eligibility basis.
You are not eligible as of now

try requesting them by sending them ITR and payslips over email if you have paid all bills on time.

I did and they gave me fastest response (i 2 hrs) that I am not eligible according to internal policies. So, if we get LE, we will get it in app, otherwise no use.

You will receive automatic credit limit increase offer in app and net banking whenever you are eligible.

This is not pre-approved offer. It depends on bank whether they will increase ur existing limit.

i too got the 3x limit increase but after selecting and apply it got rejected did you got any solution..?
