SBI Credit Card Payment Made from Samsung Pay BBPS Not Credited

Hello guys
I have made payment towards my SBI card through Samsung Pay BBPS on 25/02/2024 of Rs.26338.04 and the payment shows successful but It is not reflected in my credit card account,nor have I received a BBPS Transaction reference number for the same.

What to do now. I am super stressed guys

BBPS is always instant.

Contact bank with reference number as well as BBPS.

I have contacted SBI with receipt and bank statement and also BBPS. They are looking into it. Waiting for their replies

SnaPay is different thing bro. What they do, when they do, I don't know.

But all other BBPS apps, settle it instantly.
