SBI Debit Card not received even after one month

Hello Mates,

My debit card was issued on 2nd April'22 and even after almost one month I haven't received either any tracking/dispatch info or the actual card.

I reached out to the customer care multiple times and registered a case id but I was told that my complaint got approved/closed however, yet to receive my card.

Have dropped a tweet to SBI Official as well but still no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🥺.

PNB..... Bharose ka pratik..... Ghanta.... Someone else opened a bank account in PNB using my documents and was using for 4 years.... I accidentally came to know about it... Took almost 1 year... And complaint to RBI to get my issue resolved.... And get that fraud account closed.. And then I even closed my original account... Such is the situation of them.....

Same happened with me i was linking my bank with upi but my mistake instead of canara i clicked on sbi and boom what i found i have a linked bank account with my number in sbi. Which i have never opened 😔. The bank official said hota rehta hai koi farak ni padta 😔

To my surprises the initial card the request for which was raised in Apr'22, reached at my residence today after almost 2 months. But rejected to accept it and explained everything to the delivery person as I already got the card and the earlier one has already been blocked.

Is it? Can we use avail the virtual card to avail Amazon Load money offer?

Is Rupay Platinum automatically issued to BoB zero balance account holders? Or we need to opt for the network and variant?

Don't open account via Bob world open account through Bob website or any branch then register for mobile banking app (Bob world) later you need to visit cards section in the app then go to virtual debit card option select rupay platinum card.
Otherwise you can directly apply for physical card in issue debit card option (charges applicable)

Can we open zero balance account at branch with no physical debit card option initially?

Will it be a problem if I already happen to have joint account at Bob and already have rupay classic debit card for it and bob world installed?

Also, is this pradhanmantri jandhan yojana a/c? Because I'm not seeing any other zero balance options. Could you help me on that?

I was looking at this variant in the morning. So this is not a zero balance account and is a regular savings account offered by BoB where AMB is 3K for metro cities. Still good option for getting a Rupay Platinum DC 😂.
