Hello All,
I recently purchased something from Amazon for ~6k using my SBI Debit Card. The product was delivered but received the wrong item so placed a return request. The return was picked up on 2 October and the refund was initiated on the same day, with an expected credit date of 4-6 October. Today is 7th. Now when I talk with amazon customer care, they say that the refund has been initiated from their end and talk with SBI customer care. When trying to reach SBI, they just keep looping on IVR menu.
What can I do in this situation?
Is there a direct way to connect with SBI customer care, like if anyone knows what exact digits I need to press to connect?
