By the way SBI Elite Visa signature eligible for times prime subscription ? many Visa signature cards are not eligible like HDFC Millenia, Axis ACE, Federal Bank Celesta etc, OneCard Visa Signature etc.

It works for some, for those not working, it works sometimes later, but this card is eligible for that promotion. For eg one year back, indusindind eazydiner wasn't working for me timesprime offer, but this year it worked successfully.

On reddit, amex referrals earning opportunity is there?

I have the Rupay variant and I dont think it has wellness benefits. It doesnt show up in the list of Rupay Select Credit cards.

Try putting elite first 6 digits in all dc cc options shown on rupay portal and let us know if it gets accepted into any other card.
More importantly try sbi dc select options
